Sean Longstaff thinks he has discovered the “excellent” dwelling at Leeds United after finishing an emotional switch from Newcastle United.
The midfielder rose by way of the ranks at St James’ Park, becoming a member of the membership in 2006 and happening to make over 200 first-team appearances.
Reviews recommend Leeds have agreed a payment in extra of £12million to take Longstaff to Elland Street, with the 27-year-old penning a four-year contract.
Talking to LUTV after placing pen-to-paper, Longstaff mentioned: “I believe from the primary time I spoke to Leeds, I bought a sense that they actually needed me.
“It simply fills you filled with confidence and it simply makes you wish to repay these individuals. It’s a large, large soccer membership – just like Newcastle in a number of methods.
”
